Christie is the founder and principal designer of CDV Interiors. Prior to launching CDV Interiors, Christie worked for over a decade in the Washington, D.C. area overseeing the negotiation and execution of contracts on major programs for both the Department of Defense and in the private sector. Christie has mastered the mechanics of large-scale project management, ensuring that complex projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Christie currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware with her family. As a mother and animal lover, Christie understands the need for family and pet friendly spaces that are beautiful, functional, and durable. Christie loves to create timeless interiors that mix old and new elements with layers of color, pattern and texture to create a livable, warm & inviting home. She believes our environment and surroundings greatly affect our well-being and that a properly designed space can promote wellness, joy, and productivity.
Christie graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Finance and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Penn State University. Once Christie and her family relocated to Delaware, she decided to pursue her passion of interior design and enrolled in classes at Moore College of Art and Design. Christie then started her own firm, CDV Interiors, where she combines her business background with her eye for design.
